**Job Summary:**
The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction, maintenance, and repair projects related to ASTs. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a thorough understanding of safety regulations. The Foreman will lead a team of skilled workers, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and coordinate the construction, installation, and maintenance of above ground storage tanks and related infrastructure.
- Lead a team of technicians and laborers, providing direction, training, and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and best practices throughout all phases of the project.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues that arise.
- Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours.
- Implement and enforce safety training programs to ensure a safe work environment.
- Identify and resolve potential safety hazards and operational issues on-site.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to above ground storage tanks.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in construction or engineering is preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years) as a Foreman or Supervisor in the construction or oil and gas industry, specifically with above ground storage tanks. Working knowledge of blueprints, welding, rigging and tank standards.
- In-depth knowledge of AST design, construction, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to different job sites as required.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and to work in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces as needed.
